The prestigious French architect, after visiting interior patios, alleys and museums in the Area, was completely inspired by the strong atmosphere of the colonial area and designed this beautiful apartment building using Dominican architects Ja’el García & María del Mar Marte as a local partners.
The result has been this jewel of a building that preserves the 1930’s facade, providing a connotation of luxury, but also a certain modernity in both forms and colors.
